Yoga in Jerusalem

Yoga is the way to connect with the truths that exist in each of us through working with our body. Every action has a reaction, therfore when we choose to move in a certain way we make a change; muscels will lengthen and become stronger, restless energies will transforme, tight joints will soften. If we dive into the practice some habitual paterns that do not serve us any longer might slowly change and leave a place for transformation.

To practice yoga does not mean to do the posture (asana) like the book or like the teacher, it means to have deep seeing and listening to what is going on inside us while we are practicing, and from this place we can emerge to full awewness of what is right for our body and soul.
